Financial support

Menora Foundation provides individuals and families experiencing hardship with financial support.

This support is limited and is subject to a comprehensive financial assessment. The financial assessment is reviewed by an assessment team and is treated with the highest level of respect and confidentiality.

Menora’s aim is to always support those in desperate need, and to empower them to become financially independent once again.

The first step in this process is for the family or individual to meet with Menora’s professional social worker to get an understanding of the particular needs and circumstances.

Join the Menora volunteer family

Our volunteer cohort is a vibrant group ranging from school children to retirees and many in-between. We have people working in the warehouse doing a range of jobs from clothes sorting, jewellery, electrical checking and tagging and more. We also have volunteers who offer pro-bono services and skills that benefit our clients. We are always looking for new volunteers and are open to new opportunities, so if you have a special skill, we can find a place for you at Menora.
